Refund policy
ON-LINE WEB - Orders and Returns
ON-LINE WEB ORDERS are eligible for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. If it's past this 21 day time period, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. The 21 days factors in shipping to the purchaser and return shipping to us.
ON-LINE WEB RETURNS
If eligible (eligibility is listed below) , please include a copy of your receipt in your return. Send your package back to us via the shipping method of your choice, so we receive it within the 21 days from purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CAMI is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within approximately 2 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
If you have not received a refund within in 5 days, we recommend you contacting your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at sales@cami.us. Again, shipping costs (those TO you and those FROM you to us) are NOT refunded.
If your return is rejected, see below for ELIGIBILITY OF ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED, we will notify you and you MUST make arrangements to ship (at your cost and responsibility) the item(s) back within 10 days of our notification to you or item will be donated.
IN-STORE - Purchases and Returns
IN-STORE PURCHASES are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange ONLY. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange. Sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
SALE or discounted items cannot be returned or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY OF ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED
Web orders must be returned within 21 days from purchase date. Items must be in new condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered; with all original tags properly attached. Shoes must include the original box (and/or packaging) in its original condition.
Bras are FINAL SALE.
Jewelry is FINAL SALE.
Discounted /Sale items are FINAL SALE.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and as stated above you have 10 days to make arrangements to ship the item back you or the item will be donated.. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange/store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
